Take care of your insurance matters conveniently and securely: For example, submit sick notes to hkk, change your contact details or send documents to hkk securely.
Functions:
- Send sick notes to hkk
- Send applications, documents and messages to hkk
- Download foreign health insurance certificates and membership certificates (e.g. for the employer)

Security, registration and use:
If you are already registered in the online customer portal "My hkk", use your login data there to log in to the service app.

If you are registering for one of our online services for the first time, you can do this conveniently directly via the service app. The hkk service app is subject to the highest data protection standards. Therefore, please use the self-identification app Nect for the initial registration. This allows you to register conveniently and securely with your ID card or passport. For security reasons, the app does not support rooted devices.
